Kevin Drum reviews the best conservative thinking on health care reform. He finds little in the way of compelling arguments or counter-proposals. There’s the “Obama wants to send Grandma out on a ice floe approach” and that “yeah health care is screwed, but let’s not fix it” argument. I find neither of these particularly persuasive. They have little chance of winning any converts with these approaches.
